Professional Relationship

A doctor-patient relationship is established only after:

An in-person consultation with Dr. Gideon Maresky
Completion of medical history and consent forms
Mutual agreement to proceed with treatment

Consultation Booking Terms

Cancellation Policy

48+ hours notice: Full refund available
24-48 hours notice: 50% refund available
Less than 24 hours: No refund available
No-show: Full consultation fee forfeited

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

Medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed
All surgical procedures carry inherent risks
Individual healing and results may vary

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act, POPIA, and the Health Professions Act. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape, South Africa.
